The Moments of Lively Lives

Sharukh is a Dhaka University student studying Applied Physics and is a freelance photographer. He started photography in 2006, and had taken this particular picture in 2009. It was a hot day at the Mawa Ferighaat where the adolescents were cooling off. This photograph became an Honorable Mention in the Celebrating Life 2010 competition. Sharukh is very proud of this photograph, as it came out exactly the way he wanted, to portray liveliness in every aspect of life.

He says the competition in itself is very useful, as it provides a means for photographers like him to reach out. This accumulates as inspiration to all those wanting to enter the field. He hopes for this initiative to bring out every one affiliated with arts, to inspire them, and continue for years to come.
