In this issue Regional Youth Leadership Conference 2007 On 15th April 2007, ten young Bangladeshis departed from the Zia International Airport to attend the Regional Youth Leadership Conference held in New Delhi and Faridabad, India. Some two hours later, they arrived at the Indira Gandhi Airport, New Delhi, where the local temperature was a soaring 43 degrees Celsius! A study tour with a difference As scheduled earlier, the surveyors came back by 1.30 and we moved to BARD cafeteria to make the bellies full. Shortly finishing the tasty dishes, we had a look at the museum and the historical sites of Mainamati Buddhist Vihara. This was really a new experience for the new visitors. RabindranathTagore and Bengali Literature Rabindranath Tagore is the greatest in Bengali literature as a poet, novelist, and educator. He has touched the soul of the people he met in the of various walks of life. He is ubiquitous in Bengali literature. He is considered Bishwakavi, the poet of the world.
