IUB art competition impresses everyone

There were splashes of many hues of colour on canvas, to give expression to the impressions on young minds, about life, about living, about pain, about sorrow, about laughter and about hilarity. Some of the paintings were stunning, to say the least, and highly impressed real connoisseurs of art. Well, folks, we are talking about the 2nd Inter-Private University Painting Competition & Exhibition that was organised by Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) on 3rd June at Nalini Kanta Bhattasali Gallery (National Museum) Shahbagh, Dhaka. IUB organised the competition to commemorate its 10th Convocation which was held inJune 2006.

It is needless to say that the yearly art competition and exhibition brings out the artistic talents in the students and provides them with the opportunity to interact with others who are endowed with the same gift.
