Belts: Spruce up your Get up!

The idea of belts has always been there for centuries. With time, people started living in the world of fashion where using ropes to tighten clothing just seemed weird. That is when cotton or mostly leather made "belts" were started being used. And now, the faces of belts have changed from simple casual black to spunky graffitis with various colours and what not!

Belts are needed in our day to day life to make sure that our pants do not come off all of a sudden. While doing so, who wouldn't mind wearing a belt which could look cool and grab others' attention? And thank God for belts or else the "baggy pant" trend would not have been there in the first place. Now, belt buckles are becoming the latest accessory, and they come in all shapes, sizes, designs, and materials. They come in many themes that are sure to capture the hearts of many young people, regardless of personality or gender. Whether one is a rock star, goth, punk, or sports fan, they are sure to love using these buckles in order to make a statement about their personality or likings. Even for people who are die hard fans of bands like Metallica or Slipknot, they will also find belts with their favourite bands' names branded on their belt buckles.

To keep it simple, one could wear single colour belts that could go with their mood or just simply their favourite colour. Girls can wear belts of different eye catching colours which could make their outfit a glamorous one even with a simple top or dress. For the more formal office look, belts are a must and it is safe to go with simple black or brown coloured belts which are found almost everywhere. Other stores such as Ecstasy and Cats Eye can offer belts of different styles for both masculine and feminine tastes. Although these belts might cost a bit around 700 to 800 takas, one can be sure to find the belts that they look forward to buying. For prices a bit more reasonable, Plaza A.R in Dhanmondi, has one or two stores on the top floor which has an awesome collection of belts. Within prices ranging from 300 to 600 takas. one could buy belts of single colours from a wide variety of colours to choose from and even belts with a slight 'emo' look which seems to be in nowadays. People who would mind buying belts with fake brands can actually end up buying the original ones from stores in Shimanto Square or Pink City. For the creative lot belts are customized with permanent fluids or a pair of scissors to give the belt a rustic look. Girls could bedazzle their belts with rhinestones or other eye-catching accessories. Even one could customize their belts with their favourite band or football club name from a local printing store. a bit cliche and one would certainly not like others think about them so. Girls are now also seen widely accesorising with belts with big glamorous buckles on top of

As necessary as it can get with accessorising, belts should definitely be on top of your list if you are a fashion fanatic. Start right now with buying your new favourite belt from one of the stores mentioned here. Get dressed for some shopping and don't forget to wear your belt!
